The Texas Ground Water Association (TGWA) held its 59th annual convention and trade show Jan. 24-27 at the Moody Gardens Hotel in Galveston, Texas, a destination designed for the whole family.

As usual, the convention and trade show included a full slate of seminars (14 hours of continuing education credits were offered), business meetings, industry exhibits, spouse activities, an auction to benefit the association’s scholarship program, a golf tournament and a luncheon and awards program.

Receiving the Olin F. Jensen “Contractor of the Year” Award is Patrick Cazarez (l) of Patrick Water Well, Cleveland, Texas. The presenter is Gary Oliver, president of the association’s manufacturers and suppliers division.
