The Buckeye Chapter and the Tri-State Chapter of the National Drilling Association (NDA) are hosting a joint meeting on Sept. 27-28 in Wheeling, W.Va. This geotechnical and environmental drilling event includes a program of seminars, as well as chapter meetings, social opportunities and a golf outing. Seminar topics cover proper well development, bentonite and its applications, rock coring bit selection and techniques, DOT regulations and much more. Golf enthusiasts take note: Friday’s outing takes place at a Robert Trent Jones course.
