On its annual list of the best companies to work for in Mexico, the Great Places to Work Institute of Mexico has ranked Franklin Electric No. 8 overall. The Franklin Electric Linares, Mexico, plant is a major manufacturer of submersible pumps, stainless and composite motors, and submersible motor leads. Marcos Gonzalez, plant manager, credits this achievement to the employees, saying, “This is an effort where all of us were working to create this environment, and obviously we never forget that quality is first.”
