All-hydraulic Rig Offered. The SIMCO 2800HS(HT) all-hydraulic powered drill rig now is available on a variety of new trucks. There is the Ford F-550 extended cab 4x4 at 19,500 pounds GVW; the IHC 4300 4x4 at 25,900 pounds GVW; or the IHC 7300 4x4 at 33,000 pounds GVW. The first two truck models do not require a CDL. For geotechnical drilling, choose the high-torque, high-speed drillhead configuration with the CME automatic hammer. For water well or geothermal drilling, select the standard drillhead, and the mud pump that best matches drilling conditions (2x3 centrifugal, 41⁄2x5 or 5x6 piston, single-stage Centerline piston).
