Global water technology company, Xylem, has moved its Garner, N.C. branch. The new location, officially open for business, has a larger office and shop with over 10,000 square feet.

It features Flygt pumps and Godwin products for construction and mining. Its large yard accommodates the need to store additional pumps, HDPE pipe and accessories.

Branch manager Dave Donahue said continued growth in the area drove demand for the expansion. “We look forward to even more efficient customer service that this new facility will allow."

The new Xylem facility, centrally located between the New Jersey headquarters and southern branches, is ideal for staging equipment in response to severe emergency weather along the east coast. Two miles from I-40 and less than 20 miles from I-95, the Garner, N.C., branch is convenient to major local highways.

“Our goal is to continue to offer the highest level of service to all our customers in the Triangle area and surrounding eastern and central North Carolina counties,” says Jarrod Williamson, regional manager.

Xylem, based in Rye Brook, N.Y., serves the public utility, residential, commercial and agricultural markets with a variety of pump and water treatment products. The company has about 12,500 employees worldwide. For more information, visit www.xyleminc.com.
