Helical Pier Systems Ltd. (HPS) has agreed to purchase Landcore Technologies Inc., effective June 1. The acquisition of thepile drivingservices company is slated to position HPS as an industry leader in screw piles and pile driving.

Landcore’s president, Dave Roberts, will continue in his senior management role and HPS will keep Landcore’s staff on its team.

The business deal will expand the service offerings and the customer base. The addition of Landcore Technologies’ pile driving services will grow HPS reach from Alberta and British Columbia to include Saskatchewan and Manitoba.
