Baskins has worked in several senior management positions, most recently as vice president of Industrial Sales with JCI Industries. He also is a veteran of the U.S. Air Force.

He will be based out of the Grundfos U.S. sales headquarters in Olathe, Kan., while further developing relationships with key OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers) and their executive management. He will oversee the company's U.S. industry segment's sales efforts in regard to OEMs.
