Reed Manufacturing Co. has manufactured high quality pipe tools and vises since 1896. Reed introduces the new Standing Shut-Off Tool for compressing 3¿ to 1-inch PE tubing. This tool shuts off the flow of water and features a 30-inch handle to develop a clamping force similar to a pair of bolt cutters This enables the operator to be farther above the tube than with a traditional shut-off tool.
