Water-Right Inc. has now added a two-hour sales and marketing breakout session to the company’s three-day dealer training school. The training program provides hands-on instruction on water problems and appropriate treatments to help dealers succeed in their businesses. Now one of 10 different training breakout sessions, the new marketing/ sales program provides instruction on effective sales techniques, lead generation and advertising/promotional practices. The program also stresses the importance of integrity in all sales practices.
Other training sessions within the school focus on ion exchange, water testing, commercial applications and sizing, reverse osmosis systems, ultraviolet systems, service profitability and programming/diagnostics of various softeners and filtration systems. Dealers also tour the company’s state-certified lab, Clean Water Testing.
