ADSC: The International Association of Foundation Drilling presents DROS 2010 (Drill Rig Operators School) Sep. 10-17 in Newton, N.J. More than 60 hours of quality seat-time and dedicated classroom instruction will allow attendees to learn the techniques of efficiently operating a variety of drilled shaft rigs under expert supervision. The class, which is limited to 30 ADSC members, will address key topics such as:
  • equipment and jobsite safety;
  • correct tooling;
  • leadership development;
  • material placement;
  • jobsite math;
  • down-hole hammers;
  • drilling with slurry;
  • site evaluation and geology;
  • maintenance and troubleshooting;
  • and much more.
