Vermeer Texas-Louisiana, a market leader in environmental and construction equipment with 11 locations across Texas and southern Louisiana, has relocated to a larger facility in both Waco, Texas, and Cypress (Houston), Texas.

The Waco store sits on 4.1 acres of land within the city limits of Ross, Texas, just north of Waco and along Interstate 35. Vermeer Texas-Louisiana relocated its Houston store to Cypress. This location replaces the two stores previously located in Humble on FM 1960 and on the south side of Houston on Easthaven Blvd. The new store is located on 5 acres within the city limits of Cypress on Northwest Freeway 290.

Both stores provide additional service bays and a larger parts warehouse and showroom. With the larger space, Vermeer Texas-Louisiana will be able to stock larger pieces of equipment, as well as host demonstration and training events.

“These facility upgrades are part of a long-term strategy to position our dealerships in areas with greater visibility to help promote the Vermeer brand and better showcase the growing line of Vermeer equipment,” says Mark Krueger with Vermeer Texas-Louisiana. “This strategy began two years ago with the construction of a new store in Kilgore and relocating our Alamo store.”

Vermeer Texas-Louisiana plans to relocate to new stores in San Antonio and Lubbock during 2012, Krueger adds.
