Rig Source Inc. announced in January it has selected key personnel for sales and service positions for its Terramac rubber track carrier line.
Joey Giannetto has been appointed service manager, Bobby Dawson will serve as a sales representative for the Terramac RT9, and Becky Bludgen accepted an appointment as sales and marketing specialist.

“We are excited to have these three on the Rig Source team. Their combined experience, knowledge and expertise will ensure success to our company and quality service for our customers,” said Rig Source President Mike Crimaldi.

Giannetto will report directly to Crimaldi. Dawson and Bludgen will report to Director of Sales Matt Slater.

Giannetto, who has 10 years experience as a manager in the heavy equipment industry, will oversee technicians, parts personnel, customer service, warrantees and new machine setup for the Terramac RT9. The RT9 is a multipurpose rubber track crawler carrier manufactured by Rig Source for use in the construction, utility, drilling and pipeline industries. Giannetto will also oversee Rig Source’s rental fleet maintenance.

Dawson comes to Rig Source with over 10 years of sales experience and will be responsible for RT9 sales and rentals. Bludgen has 12 years’ experience in sales, consulting, and management. Primarily she will sell and market RSI products and services including the RT9, assisting Slater with day-to-day operations. She will also serve as intermediary between the sales and marketing teams.
