The Deep Foundations Institute (DFI) is holding its eighth annual SuperPile Conference May 6-8. An official detailed program of events is now available for attendees to browse.

More than 30 presentations will be given at the conference at the Gaylord Palms Resort & Convention Center in Kissimmee, Fla. The event highlights the latest developments in driven piles, augered cast-in-place/drilled displacement piles, micropiles, marine foundations, testing and evaluation of foundation systems, drilled shafts, ground improvement, seismic and lateral loads, and helical piles and tiebacks.

This year’s invited and selected presentations will cover exceptional performance and design of high-capacity deep foundations elements based on allowable stress, resistance factors and code provision. The presentations will be supplemented by case histories.

Panel discussions will give attendees a chance to share insight and new ideas, and vendors will have the opportunity to exhibit products and services.

The DFI is an international association of contractors, engineers, academics and suppliers in the deep foundations industry with more than 3,300 members worldwide.
