Tammy Bernier, president and CEO of Duperon Corporation, has been elected to the office of Chairman of the Water and Wastewater Equipment Manufacturers Association (WWEMA) for the 2016 term.

As Chairman, Bernier will provide leadership to the organization, which is now in its 107th year, as a key voice of the industry. Bernier plans to draw on more than 30 years of experience in the manufacturing and water and wastewater industry to forward the mission of WWEMA, which includes informing, educating and providing leadership on issues that shape the water and wastewater sector.

“I look forward to continuing the important work of WWEMA with the dedicated, committed individuals who make up the organization,” Bernier says. “It’s truly an honor to serve as Chairman.”
