A process is an organized group of related tasks that work together to create a result of value.John Parks has been named Director of Process Management and Process Owner-Order Acquisition.
Troy Dennhof was named Process Owner New Product Development.
Marcia Sheppard, John Bartelson and Rita Lewandowski have also been promoted to Process Owner roles for Order Fulfillment, Order Management and Supply Chain.
